Processes and Systems

The production flow is directly connected to job-order specifications drawn up in the technical and production control offices. Raw materials, in solid wood or MDF (Medium Density Fibreboard), are always worked starting out with the framing and are then sent to the subsequent areas. The finishes are paper-coated, polished, varnished, super-flexible foil, PVC, laminated, micro-laminated or layered. The staining can be polyurethane, polyester, acrylic or nitre. The dyes are either water-based or solvent and can be applied manually with a cloth or sprayed. The finishing can be either polyurethane or acrylic. Woodworkings, such as comb-joints, are also carried out. The cycle ends with the cutting, assembly, packaging and delivery.
